Don't make the same mistake I did and shop at this petsmart. Not only is the staff rude, but everything is EXTREMELY overpriced. You can literally find everything this petsmart sells on Amazon and its so much cheaper. Example, I paid $12 for a 4oz bag of treats for my dog. Amazon had the same exact item for $3. I will never give this place my business again.
LOVE! I took my very very hyper pitlab to get a basic bath, ear cleaning, nail clipping. It did take the full 2 hours which they had told me prior to dropping her off but I didn't mind the wait. The staff is so sweet! I also bought a training harness after Karen I believe helped me pick one out. They put it on her and everything. I will definitely be back here. They were so so great. Very patient and kind hearted people.
Helpful people, okay prices for pet retail. Some items are terrible for certain pets, but they'll sell them to you and recommend them anyway
