I received the absolute worst service from Sara B tonight... I literally left the restaurant livid and shaking. First she made our drinks in 10oz plastic cups ( the kind you get from the dollar general), then when I asked her (very nicely) if we could get it in regular glasses like everyone else at the bar, she gave me a hard time. she poured our drinks into the regular glasses with an attitude. when she gave us our drinks, my brothers glass was almost half way empty... I convinced Him not to complain.. She allowed our drinks to get completely empty while she hung out on the other side of the bar chit chatting, we sat for almost 10 min with empty drinks. We ordered fries with a side of ranch, she brought the ranch out on a dirty plate. I should have left after all of that but i didn’t want her her poor service to upset me, we decided to stay and have another drink and desert. As we were about to order more drinks and desert, my brother asked if she could fill his cup up more than It was the last time, instead of simply saying yes she argued with us, I told her I didn’t want the drinks anymore, she continued to argue, so I told her how poor her service was... at that point, she snatched the check up and told us to go and that she would just take care of the bill. I never once complained about the bill or asked for anything to be comped. She lied and said that she was the manager when I asked to speak with one, and was very condescending while I waited for someone to bring me the General managers card.
Service not very well. Food tooK forever to come out. People come behind us got there food before us. Wrong meal I ordered, they acted like it was normal thing. Took the waitress forever to admit she was wrong for messing up my order. We also had to ask for refills. The waitress cared more about the people next to us then making sure we had everything. The manager was really unprofessional.
I have always liked this restaurant but today my expectations were exceeded by two-fold. Outstanding service from the host sitting us to the server. Drinks were on the table within the first couple of minutes, we order right away because we knew what we wanted. The waiter left and in no time another waiter came with the appetizer. We were not even half way eating the appetizer when the entree came... warm and super juicy and delicious! I highly recommend this place...
I’m disappointed. We usually have good service at this location. Tonight, I was stuck at home with my son as we both have strep. My husband attempted to order me a spinach-artichoke dip to go and two chocolate milkshakes for me and my son. When the server brought the milkshakes out, they were Oreo. She acknowledged that she ordered the wrong thing. There was no attempt to make it right in the form of either an immediate fix or a refund (while she said she could have them remade, she stated that she had no idea how long it would take as they had just waited 30 minutes for the first ones.....how about having your manager expedite it maybe?). I can’t drink the Oreo as it scratches my throat. My son couldn’t either. When my husband brought the spinach dip home, it looked like half eaten leftovers. There was hardly any dip in the container and a sparse amount of chips.....definitely not the full amount that we would have received if we’d been able to dine in. This is not the quality and service that I’m used to here. I’m not sure when we will be back.
My 3 daughters (15, 11, 8) love coming here. My youngest 2 love playing the games on the device at the table (it is pay to play $2.99) & the menu has enough of a variety (my kids can be very picky eaters) that all of us eat what we want! The service is always great at non-peak hours. It is acceptable at peak hours but not as attentive as to be expected. Overall the price is not terribly high in my opinion.
