We just bought a queen mattress set at the Bethlehem, GA Mattress Firm. We were greeted quickly as we entered the store and Julie came right over to offer assistance. She explained the brand and firmness of each and offered to answer any questions. I explained we were going to browse and she left us alone!!! This was greatly appreciated as we do not like “hovering” salespeople. We chose the set we wanted and let her know. She set up our account, processed the sale, and we were on our way!! Overall, one of the easiest perchases we’ve made. We would highly recommend them if you’re in the market for a mattress set.
Ken was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He was not pushy to a more expensive mattress set. I will shop with them again.
They told us our mattress would be delivered in a week, when we called back a week later they told us that nobody would tell us tfhat becausse it is impossible to deliver that quickly. It has now been three weeks and still no mattress, nobody has called us and when we called to complain they said that our mattress was delivered and our order was completed. I would never reccomened this place to anyone and will never be returning for anything in the future. Extremely displeased and will tell people not to come here!!!

I cannot day enough about my experience at the Bethlehem Mattress Firm. They even over and beyond to get me the mattress that I love! Thank you for allowing me countless times to come lay on all the different beds and helping me make the best decision. Love my Beautyrest Black Hybrid!
