Very happy with the service my fiancé & I received at this location. Shopping for engagement rings, the staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs. In and out within an hour...all smiles

UPDATE: Got a call back from a very nice lady named Beverly that listened to our recorded phone calls, apologized for everyone else's actions, and handle everything for us! Very nice and professional lady!

I will NEVER use this company or this location EVER again! Me and my fiancé had broken it off and I was 2 weeks outside of the return policy and they refused to take it back for a refund. I called Corporate and the only thing they could do was lower the payment by $20. I was furious, but accepted as it saves some money. I made the payment and moved on. The next month, I call to make a payment and they claimed that I had not paid the month before even though I had a confirmation number for my payment. It did not go through my bank and they refused to weave any late fees! I tried paying with a credit card as it was now $100 more than I was expecting to pay and they refused saying they only accept check or debit. I asked to pay partically and they advised that I would have more late fees! This is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN! I cannot imagine making someone keep a ring and pay for it that close to the return policy when they are literally crying in the store after a nasty break up! That's ridiculous! They do NOT care about their customers and I will tell everyone I know to NEVER use them! I would have given them no stars, but I had to use one to post this comment.

DO NOT GET ANY REPAIR WORK DONE FROM THIS STORE. THEY WILL NOT GIVE REFUNDS. I SPENT $35.00 on a SHANK REPAIR THAT BROKE WHEN WE RETURNED HOME. THEY PROBABLY USED GLUE. BEWARE OF THIS KAY STORE!! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS!!

Worst customer service ever! Sent my ring to get sized and sauntered together, came back crooked, sent it back another time still slightly off. After 3 weeks of not having it I just said forget it. On top of that while I was there to do that the guy was trying to upscale me a spring thing to help size it and told me that the only other way was to slam my finger in the door multiple times! Called cooperate they said they would give me an amount off and gave us a reference number to give to them when we picked my ring up, once I had gotten there they said that it was not in their "notes!" Long story short we are waiting for them to listen to the recorded phone call and call us back! So frustrated and over it! I will NEVER shop Kay's again!!!

I DO NOT Recommend Kay Jewelers to any one at all. I've had problems with my Diamonds falling out since day 1(btw this ring was not cheap). I took my ring to get a small diamond replaced in September of 2016 and waited 2 weeks to get it back, again in October of 2016 for another small diamond to be replaced and finally in November of 2016 one of my big diamonds fell out and I took it to be replaced and it is now January 2017 and I still don't have my ring back and they called to tell me last night that it would be another 12 weeks before it arrived back in the store. So my husband called and asked if there was anyway we could get our money back so we could go elsewhere and they said they couldn't do anything until the ring was back in store, so now I'm stuck waiting 12 more weeks with out my ring which I love and don't want to give up but what's the point of owning one if I never get to wear it.
