So, I seriously have to wonder why they would schedule me for 1:30 and not 1:45? Certainly they anticipate people arriving a few minutes early. Since it is unseasonably cool for May, I thought it was tacky to insist I stand outside since I clearly had no jacket.
I have never had any issues with this office or any of the staff. Dr. T is great!
Now, because they don't mention a cancellation fee on their site, message system, or when we spoke over the phone, I will hope this is the last interaction I have with this doctor's office. Given the lack of professionalism, I won't hold my breath.
They asked what I was doing there. "I have an appointment for 1:30" I responded, now confused why a person sitting in the lobby would be asking.
I clearly still had a confused look on my face.

I made an appointment for a weekday morning and made arrangements for a sitter for my young son. 30 minutes before the appointment time, the office called saying they needed to reschedule. My sitter had just arrived and I was not happy that I was given such short notice.
Instead, I walked in to several people looking surprised to see me walk in - one lady seemed to be reaching for the door to keep me from getting through.
I rescheduled for the next day at 1:30. My wife was able to leave work early and I made a trip up there. I walked in at 1:20 expecting to spend a few minutes filling out paperwork.
Then the man sitting nearby says, "it's just a few minutes".
Very compassionate doctor..went today very sick he spent at least 30 minutes with me..5 scrips feel like he really cares about getting you better without several visits.
I just called to see if they had any available appointments and as soon as I asked she hung up on me.
