Took 10 minutes to be greeted by a serve once we got seated. Ordered food immediately with our drink order (water). Asked for silverware 3 times. We Ordered make your own salads. Took forever to get our food. My boyfriend added chicken. There were 4 little strips ($4 extra) and chose salsa for a dressing. Salsa was missing. After asking for it twice she finally brought it out when had 2 bites left. I got salmon added to mine. Claimed it was taking forever due to my salmon cooking. I get mine and there are two pieces of salmon, no tomatoes. Just assumed they were being nice and gave me an extra piece for the wait. NOPE! Charged me $4 MORE for extra salmon that I didn't even ask for or was able to eat. Too much! They didn't charge us for his salad because he ate it dry. My salad was $17! We just paid it and left. Didn't have time to sit and wait for her to come back. No telling how long that would have taken. I was so angry when we left!!!! I may think twice before we go back here.
I've been here about 5/6 times so far and here is why I rate this place 5 stars:
Management. I spoke to only one manager, Ashlee, so far to rave about these first two and her response was to notch. She was excited for my feedback and gave me a sense of pride that this restaurant should be proud of.
Top Dawg you are running this restaurant the way every one else should! I will keep coming back for sure!
Came in for lunch, only a few tables when we walked in, took 15 min before ANYONE spoke to us. Then a nother 15 to tell me they were changing the keg for my beer. I asked if we could order our food, was told they would have to find our server. Thought the girl taking drinks was. Once the food actually came the burger was pretty good for the price. The cheese steak lacked any flavor what so ever. Bottom line is service was below aceptible, but willing to give a second try. Would not suggest this place if you were in a hurry for lunch.!!!!
Food. The food here is fantastic! They have very unique but desirable entrees and appetizers. Tonight when I got the sweet bourbon salmon I was shocked to see it had no skin on the bottom! I am very picky with my food so these little things to some are huge to me.
Cool place the service at the bar was on point. Two things from holding it back... they close way to early and the food could be better. But like I said the place is really nice on the inside.
We waited for about 10 minutes before someone even came to the front to bring us to a table. It took about 45 minutes for our food to come out even though there were only 3 other tables at the time. I ordered the Southern BLT with fries and it was completely tasteless. My friend ordered the Creamy Chicken Salad with "seasoned" rice and it was also completely tasteless. Her food however was also cold, and the rice remained tasteless even after adding COPIOUS amounts of salt. The only reason this isn't a 1 star is because the atmosphere was fine, but the service wasn't great and the food was complete garbage.
Staff. Bartenders Melissa, Ashlyn, and Heather are awesome. They are very attentive and have nothing but great attitudes. They are a huge reason why I have continued coming back.
